Beef/Lamb Boners & Trimmers for immediate start in NI and England Hours per week: 40 Rate per hour: (piece rate) Working hours: Monday – Friday 7am-4pm (varies) Job Type: Ongoing / Temporary Job description: Cut and debone meat to supermarket and factory standard Use knives, cleavers, meat saws, band saws, or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming Clean, trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing Inspect meat products for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess fat Liaise with Boning Hall Supervisor to ensure deadlines are met Cleaning and maintaining a clean working area Upkeep of equipment Job Criteria/Experience: Previous relevant experience Adhere to Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations Excellent verbal communication skills Flexible approach to work and be prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand Be able to demonstrate knife skills and knowledge of boning/slaughter operations is desirable Previous experience in the food industry is advantageous For more information regarding this position please call Tina on 028 3025 0991 or forward your CV for consideration to BAWNLESS RECRUITMENT LTD IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES EMPLOYER
