An experienced supervisor to manage a team of cleaners

To clean premises to company spec

 Hours per week: 40 +

Days: Monday-Friday

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises are maintained to a high spec

Train and supervise cleaning staff

·         Organisation of the hygiene department across all shifts, rota, absence/holiday cover

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules

• Carry out regular inspections to ensure the highest standards are achieved

• Internal & external hygiene audits, respond to audit/corrective action reports to ensure work is carried out

• Correspondence with the technical manager, production manager, day & night Shift supervisor.

·         Ensure that cleaning materials and equipment are used in a safe and economical manner & compliance with the company rules regarding standard operating procedure, health & safety & food safety

   Job Criteria/Experience:

Excellent communication skills required, and organisational skills required

Possess excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and timely manner

Previous experience essential
