8.30am-5.00pm

                                                                 Job Duties:

•                     Welcoming and greeting customers in a polite, positive, friendly and courteous manner both on the telephone and in person.

•                     Redirecting telephone calls via the Switchboard to the appropriate person efficiently

•                     Notifying Company Personnel of customer arrival

•                     Dealing with queries received via telephone in an efficient manner

•                     Taking concise accurate messages and details in a professional manner and forwarding to the relevant Company Personnel.

•                     Ensure there is adequate cover when you are required to leave the reception desk maintaining security at all times

•                     Manage Office Calendars to include booking client meetings

•                     Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure the ground floor level meeting room is kept tidy after each client meeting

•                     Deal with incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis

•                     Provide administrative to support the team on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the business

•                     Carry out reception duties in a polite, positive, friendly and courteous manner as and when required by management to ensure the reception area is covered at all times

•                     Deal with client enquiries and develop lasting business relationships with those clients in order to add and demonstrate value to the service provided.

•                     Deal with incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis.

•                     Manage the processing and ongoing case management of new business applications for Pensions, Investment, Life and Mortgages in a timely and accurate manner

•                     Manage new business cycle to completion and proactively take action to chase information from product providers and clients.
