Bawnless Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for meat factory general operatives for immediate start
Pay Rate: competitive
Hours per week: 40
Working hours: Monday –Friday 7am - 3 pm (varies)
Job Type: Ongoing / Temporary to permanent
Duties:
De trim and debone meat to factory spec
Loading materials and products into package-processing equipment
Measuring, weighing and counting product materials
Moving or lifting heavy objects up to 30kg
Loading, unloading or stacking products or materials
Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Sorting manufacturing materials or products
Operating packaging machine equipment
Recording product, packaging and order information on forms and record
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Qualifications/Experience:
Adhere to Quality, HSE, Hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations
Ability to use your own initiative
Excellent verbal communication skills
Be able to demonstrate knife skills and knowledge of boning/slaughter operations is desirable. Previous experience in the food industry is advantageous
