                   Admin assistant with some accounts support

       Hours per week:

5 days per week

9am - 5pm

Job Overview:

The primary focus of the role is to provide general office support and perform credit control functions.

Job Duties:

General office support

Welcoming visitors to the office

Ensuring adequate office supplies

Supporting other team member with planning and organising as required from time to time

Credit control duties including;

Liaising with customer on outstanding payments

Updating notes re customer contacts and providing updates on the system

Planning and organising corporate dinners and events

    Ad Hoc duties as required.
